The British Columbia Rugby Unions Semi Final Saturday was too be a big one for the Velox RFC. With the Premier Women's team already on to the Finals the Men's squads took to Velox field in three divisions looking for their berth to the finals and while the Sun Gods shined down on Velox Field the Rugby Gods did not. The 3rds opened the day with 42-17 loss to the Brit Lions, the Academy fell to Abbotsford RFC 46-28 in game 2 and the 1st's ran out of time in their comeback falling 19-15 also to Abbotsford.
